I'd say Norway is in stage 4 of the DTM. Ther birth and death rate are low and very close to being equal. The population growth rate is very low at only 0.3%. Based on the population pyramids, the population will continue to get older throughout the decades. Even the fertility rate is below avergae. This is why I think Norway is in stage 4 of the DTM.
